Encourage Young Readers with the Gift of a Book - Celebrate the Joy of Reading Everyday

YM/YWCA day care and early education learning centers throughout the 16th District provide all youth with the tools and resources they need to succeed in life. The education and socialization services ensure that everyone, regardless of ability, gender, race, national origin, or income has the opportunity to reach their full potential with dignity.
