Sales Associate Positions
Our client, an innovator on the cutting edge of technological advancements and ranked as one of America’s Most Admired Companies, is in the midst of a major expansion in Tampa Florida. As a result, we are seeking multiple Customer Contact Sales Associates for overnight shifts.
As a member of the Customer Retention team, you will promote excellent customer relations by ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth. These positions are designed for rapid professional growth and advancement opportunities throughout the company.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary (with pay increases every six months)
- Individual performance-based commission
- Pay rate shift differential for overnight shifts (9:00 pm to 5:30 am & 11:30 pm to 8:00 am)
- Full healthcare & dental benefits, as well as paid vacation, tuition reimbursement, a pension and a 401k plan
Minimum Requirements to Qualify
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service and sales experience within the past five (5) years
- Live within a daily commutable distance to Tampa, FL
- Available to work overnight shifts (9:00 pm to 5:30 am & 11:30 pm to 8:00 am)
- Comfortable navigating through multiple online systems while speaking to customers
