MLK Day of Service Food Drive

Food insecurity is on the rise due to Covid-19. AHRC Nassau and partner organizations, including the Long Island Volunteer Center, Long Island University - Post, and Nexus Center at Farmingdale State College, are embarking on an inclusive volunteering program to address this issue throughout Long Island. 

By developing inclusive volunteer activities, we are commemorating the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and reaffirming our dedication not only to our shared community, but to supporting genuine inclusion for all members of our community, regardless of background or ability.
