Dutchess Outreach has operated emergency food access and relief programs in Dutchess County for more than 46 years. In Dutchess County, 26,130 individuals suffer from Food Insecurity or around 8.8% of the population. 

Fred's Pantry, administrated by Caring for the Hungry and Homeless of Peekskill (CHHOP), is a critically needed support system to alleviate hunger. Since opening in 2010, Fred’s Pantry has served more than 13,000 families, 37,200 individuals and 2,452 seniors and provided over 30,630 meals.
