We are a true no-kill animal sanctuary located in Elmsford, NY. Our mission here at Pets Alive Westchester is to improve the lives of companion animals everywhere by any means possible. We hold true to our mission and rescue pets from all over the world and find them forever homes. Here at Pets Alive Westchester we run solely on donations, we receive no state or federal funding of any kind.
